The Meditation Oasis® iSleep Easy Free app offers a selection of three guided meditations aimed at facilitating a restful night's sleep. Users have the option to listen to these meditations accompanied by soothing music or the calming sounds of rain.

The available guided meditations are as follows:

Sleep Affirmations - Sets the tone for falling asleep peacefully.
Belly Breathing - A simple exercise designed for quick relaxation.
Relax into Sleep - Guides you in effortlessly transitioning into a state of deep slumber.

Developed by Mary Maddux, MS, HTP, and Richard Maddux, the creators renowned for their Meditation Oasis podcast, apps, and CDs. With over 30 years of meditation practice and teaching experience, Mary and Richard have skillfully crafted these guided meditations and music. Mary's background includes counseling and alternative healing arts, complementing her meditation teachings. Richard, who has been involved in music composition throughout his life, creates music specifically tailored for meditation, relaxation, and healing purposes.
